About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our team at Morgan Wentworth, LLC. As a key member of our litigation department, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of commercial and business-related litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and prosecution of commercial litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Conduct research and analysis to support litigation strategies and provide recommendations to the team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional client service and communication.
- Work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff to achieve team goals and objectives.
