Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to our weekend nursing team
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Current License to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • Graduate from an accredited program required
  • Acute care experience preferred
  • Current Certification in BLS
