About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled and safety-focused Agricultural Equipment Operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Operating and maintaining a range of agricultural equipment, including spray equipment and computers
  • Calibrating and applying crop protection products with precision and accuracy
  • Mixing, loading, and applying crop production products and plant nutrients
  • Performing daily vehicle inspections and maintaining equipment in excellent condition
  • Handling and delivering bulk and packaged materials, seed, and other agriculture inputs
  • Cleaning and maintaining equipment, and assisting with mechanical repairs
  • Maintaining accurate application and spray records

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a candidate with a strong background in agriculture, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain a CDL. If you're a team player with a safety-first mindset, a passion for delivering exceptional results, and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you
