Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina is seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Associate to join our team. As a Lead Associate, you will provide store leadership in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager, demonstrating a commitment to friendly customer service and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Closing the store, reconciling cash with daily sales reports, and securing the facility for the night
  • Preparing and maintaining records of store operations, including daily sales reports, cash deposits, and opening/closing reports
  • Providing excellent customer service and operating the cash register
  • Receiving, pricing, and stocking donations
  • Hanging, inspecting, and tagging textiles and clothing in a production-style setting

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Lead or supervisory experience required
  • Availability to work most store hours, especially evenings and weekends
