Case Management Team Lead

As a Supervisor Case Management, you will oversee the daily operations of case management functions at ChildNet, Inc., providing guidance and support to Dependency Case Managers. Your role is crucial in ensuring the success of our team and delivering high-quality services to children and families.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Hire, train, and motivate Dependency Case Managers under your supervision to achieve work objectives.
• Provide guidance, review, and assistance in completing court reports done by Dependency Case Managers.
• Support Dependency Case Managers in identifying and removing administrative obstacles to child placement permanency, promoting progress in all cases.
• Ensure that work objectives assigned to team members align with the organization's values and mission.
• Maintain accurate record-keeping and documentation efforts, as well as child advocate court report preparation and relevant statistics, in accordance with laws and organization practices.
• Participate in meetings, including permanency conferences, advocate continuing education programs, and court hearings.
• Notify Dependency Case Managers of staff assignments, meetings, and court hearings in a timely manner.
• Serve as the primary liaison and contact with the Department of Children and Families and other agencies related to the internal Dependency Case Management team.
• Handle employee discipline and termination as needed and in accordance with company policy.
**Requirements:**
• Two years of experience in Human Services or Child Welfare programs.
• Previous experience as a Case Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Child Welfare Professional Certification.
**Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on location and experience.
