  • Account Management: Oversee direct coworkers' collection activities, follow-up on accounts that require manager interventions, and approve customer commitments.
  • Leadership and Development: Provide leadership and training to ensure all coworkers comply with established procedures and practices for collections, sales, and customer service.
  • Coworker Management: Oversee and provide effective training and development for all coworkers, schedule and organize daily activities and goals, staff, recruit, and hire for assigned store.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of retail or management experience.
  • Completion of Rent-A-Center's Store Manager Development Program during training period.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in store operation applications.
  • Valid state driver's license and good driving record.
