Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting patients with physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with physical therapy services as delegated by the Physical Therapist.
  • Provide care according to established policies and procedures.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must have an Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited program and be certified to practice in California. A minimum of one year of recent experience in an acute care or rehabilitation facility is preferred. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
