At Egan Automotive, we prioritize personal connections with our clients. Our approach is not centered on high-pressure sales tactics; instead, we focus on educating our customers about their vehicle's needs. We empower them to make informed decisions regarding their automotive care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers through various communication channels, including phone, text, and in-person interactions.
  • Collect detailed information regarding customer needs and vehicle usage.
  • Provide transparent and competitive estimates, along with digital inspections based on customer inquiries and technician assessments.
  • Inform customers about their vehicle's requirements and maintenance.
  • Facilitate the repair process by coordinating between customers and technicians, ensuring exceptional service supported by digital insights.
  • Source, order, and manage parts necessary for repair tasks.
  • Contribute to our team’s mission of delivering superior service to our clients and community.

Essential Skills:

  4. Familiarity with automotive software.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $60K - $90K annually, commensurate with experience, along with vacation benefits and a 401K plan.

No weekend work is required.
