- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and laboratory staff.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to strict quality control and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure seamless specimen processing and testing.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous phlebotomy training or experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing.
- Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians.
