About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our construction management firm, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial construction projects in the Lehigh Valley Area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Coordinate with design teams, owners, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Develop and implement project schedules, resource allocation plans, and site utilization strategies
  • Conduct pre-bid conferences, identify project staffing requirements, and provide value engineering ideas
  • Review and approve bid packages, schedules, and site plans
  • Manage project risks, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
  • Experience with projects exceeding $5M, including tenant fit-outs, medical, retail, office, mixed-use, data centers, and life science projects
  • Strong computer skills, including familiarity with construction project management applications
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
