The Travel Logistics Specialist will play a vital role in planning and coordinating domestic and international travel for clients of Faith Comes By Hearing. This position requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key responsibilities of the Travel Logistics Specialist include:

Responsibilities
  1. Obtain and review traveler information to create personalized travel profiles, plan itineraries, and arrange accommodations.
  2. Research, purchase, and arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, ground transportation, and accommodations, while adhering to travel policies and procedures.
  3. Minimize travel-related expenses and disruptions by effectively planning and coordinating travel arrangements.
  4. Closely monitor traveler safety and well-being during travel and accommodations.
  5. Develop and maintain complex travel itineraries, compile relevant documents, and coordinate travel arrangements for meetings and events.
  6. Create comprehensive travel packets for each traveler, including reservations, contact information, and necessary documentation.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting travelers during normal business hours, checking them in, and providing boarding passes.
  8. Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining spreadsheets.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. They will also be able to communicate effectively with travelers, colleagues, and senior leaders. A strong understanding of travel industry standards and procedures is essential for this position.

  14. A high school diploma or GED equivalency and at least one year of experience in travel coordination.

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
