- Compliance and Regulations
- Stay informed about local housing laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Ensure the property remains in compliance with all applicable housing regulations and safety codes.
- Assist in conducting annual property inspections and preparing for audits.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 2 years of previous experience in property management, leasing, or customer service roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with tenants, vendors, and team members.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
