Job Title: Regional Pharmacist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Pharmacist to join our team at Thrifty Payless, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services, managing patient care, and leading a team of pharmacists and technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical pharmacy services, including medication therapy management, point-of-care testing, and immunizations.
• Manage patient care, including developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams.
• Lead a team of pharmacists and technicians, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including DEA, state, and federal regulations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Pharmacist license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical pharmacy practice.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
