Cannabis Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Patient Care Specialist to join our team at Jushi. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a unique shopping experience that drives sales results.

• Provide outstanding customer service to patrons, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Lead tours of the sales floor, making product recommendations based on ongoing research of available products.
• Retain comprehensive knowledge of patient and member benefits, discounts, coupons, and promotions, encouraging memberships for medical guests.
• Abide by product handling procedures, including company safety and health policies, as well as regulatory agency compliance.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment by stocking retail items and supplies, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing.
• Operate a cash register, computer-based POS system, and cash drawer.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure sales, guest satisfaction, and compliance goals are met.

• High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in any field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service in a retail environment.
• Excellent computer, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills, both over the phone and in-person.
• Occasional local travel may be required.
