We are seeking a skilled CAD Operator to join our team at Puyenpa Services LLC. As a CAD Operator, you will be responsible for preparing complete sets of complex drawings and computer models that include multiple views, detailed drawings, and assembly drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare complete sets of drawings for buildings, furniture, or equipment, including detailed drawings for manufacturing from layouts, models, or sketches.
  • Maintain Building and Archibus master drawing files, as-built, project closeout, and help develop drafting standards and best practices.
  • Field verify existing conditions and update floorplans.
  • Perform ad-hoc drafting tasks for proposed projects and facility changes or maps and site documentation for special projects and events.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency using AutoCAD, Archibus, REVIT, Google Earth, Sketch Up, Microsoft Suite, Adobe PRO DC, and Bluebeam.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
