The estimated salary range for this position is $50-$55 per hour, with additional $3-$5 or more per hour production pay. You may also be eligible for an optional sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 for full-time and $5,000 for part-time employees.
About the JobWe are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist who can deliver direct patient care to patients, including scaling and prophylaxis, x-rays, application of sealants and fluoride, and related procedures, under the general supervision of a dentist. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering quality and compassionate care to every patient
- Providing excellent customer service by looking for opportunities to offer same-day care
- Educating patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction
- Assessing the dental condition and needs of patients and reviewing patients' medical history
You will work closely with our experienced dentists and support staff to provide comprehensive care to our patients. Our office offers a Comprehensive Benefits Package, which includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, flexible spending accounts, paid time off, company holidays, and much more.
In addition to your competitive compensation and benefits package, you will have the opportunity to participate in Hygienist Continuing Education, including reimbursement for continuing education courses up to $250 per year or maximum of $500 during a two-year period for full-time hygienists.
