Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, group, and family counseling sessions to help patients achieve their recovery goals.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Provide crisis intervention and emergency response services as needed.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, psychology, counseling) or equivalent experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience in counseling or a related field.
  • Licensure or certification in counseling (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
