We are currently seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Vascular Surgeon to fill a vital role in a well-established practice located in Northern California.
- Practice Structure: This is a solo physician practice with no midlevel providers.
- Clinic Schedule: Currently, the practice operates 2 days a week with the following patient load:
- 10-12 patients for half days
- 20-25 patients for full days
- Future plans aim for 5 days of clinic coverage.
- Call Schedule: The call rotation is 1 in 2, with a significant focus on inpatient consultations.
- Compensation: The current compensation structure is based on a percentage of charges, with plans to transition to a wRVU model in the future.
