Loader Operator

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team at Jennie-O Turkey Store. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for transporting crew members to load live turkeys, repairing and maintaining loaders, and safely and effectively loading the birds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport crew members to load live turkeys
• Repair and maintain loaders
• Safely and effectively load the birds

Requirements:

• At least 21 years old
• Must not be convicted of more than one moving violation in the last 12 months
• Possess a current Wisconsin Commercial Vehicle Operators License
• No performance work actions in the last 6 months
• No attendance work actions in the last 6 months
• PHYSICAL: No current restrictions prohibiting repetitive lifting, bending or twisting
• No current restrictions prohibiting the use of respiratory and eye protection equipment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Over one year of live bird handling experience
• Previous verifiable driver experience
• The Jennie-O Turkey Store Company's driving certificate
• No moving violations and/or OWI offense within the last 36 months
