Frontier Management (OR) is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in a home healthcare setting. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain and maintain mobility, strength, and function, leading to positive patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans to improve balance, walking, and prevent decline after an illness or surgery.
- Provide patient education on improving mobility and function, and ensure safe mobility in the home environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).
- Currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
- One year experience preferred.
- Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
- Ability to return the individual to optimum and productive level within the patient's capabilities.
