We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Hospitalist to join our team at Mount Sinai Behavioral Health Center in New York. As a Hospitalist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
About the RoleThe Hospitalist will be responsible for providing medical care to patients admitted to the psychiatric services at Mount Sinai Behavioral Health Center. This will involve working closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality medical care to patients admitted to the psychiatric services
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Work closely with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
To be considered for this role, you must have a Medical Degree from an accredited university, a New York State Medical License, and be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine. You should also have excellent communication, bedside manner, and organizational skills, as well as a strong work ethic and desire to participate in team-oriented, performance-driven health systems.
