About This Role
This PRN opportunity at Northwest Healthcare offers the chance to work in an outpatient setting, interacting with diverse patients on a one-on-one basis. By joining our dynamic team, you'll have the opportunity to advance your physical therapy career while collaborating with experienced professionals.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
  • Evaluating and treating patients with various physical impairments, focusing on restoring functionality and alleviating pain.
  • Establishing individualized treatment plans, considering discharge goals and necessary equipment.
  • Maintaining effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare providers to coordinate care and referrals as needed.
  • Providing thorough documentation in accordance with departmental policies.
  • Collaborating with assistants, technicians, and students to ensure efficient delivery of interventions.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (PT) and a valid Physical Therapist License. Experience in supervisory roles or certifications in relevant areas are highly desirable but not required.
