Key responsibilities include overseeing multiple projects, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring prompt compliance documentation.

This is a full-time, on-call role with a hybrid work arrangement. The ideal candidate should be prepared to travel to project locations for meetings three days a week. Requirements include authorization to work in the U.S., a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and a background in environmental or civil engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee infrastructure initiatives for governmental bodies and private enterprises
  • Gather and assess stormwater and environmental compliance data
  • Develop and maintain Environmental Compliance Plans and SWPPPs
  • Evaluate construction submissions for adherence to regulations
  • Conduct training on compliance protocols
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Maintain proficiency in stormwater data analysis software

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degrees
  • Experience with SMARTS
  • Knowledge of water quality regulations

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual salary range of $100K-$120K
