Job Overview

Radiant Medical Staffing is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a key member of our Skilled Nursing facilities, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care to residents on a daily basis, ensuring their well-being and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Primary Care Delivery: Provide high-quality nursing care to residents with diverse backgrounds and medical histories, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs.
  • Medication Administration: Safely administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing protocols, prioritizing resident safety and well-being.
  • Chart Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of residents' charts, ensuring seamless communication with healthcare teams.
  • Condition Evaluation: Regularly evaluate residents for any changes in their condition, promptly reporting concerns to supervisors and healthcare teams.
  • Admission Support: Assist in the admission process of new residents, ensuring a smooth transition to our facilities.
  • Family and Physician Updates: Keep families and physicians informed of any alterations in residents' behavior, medications, or health conditions, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • External Coordination: Coordinate residents' needs with external providers, such as Primary Care Providers, Home Health Agencies, and Pharmacies, ensuring comprehensive care.
  • Incident Investigations: Collaborate with fellow clinical staff to investigate incidents and accidents, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Additional Duties: Perform additional duties as delegated by supervisors, contributing to the overall success of our Skilled Nursing facilities.
Requirements:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the relevant State
