Universal Banker Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Universal Banker Trainee to join our team at Midland States Bank. As a Universal Banker Trainee, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our customers.

• Provide excellent customer service and support to current and potential customers
• Develop and maintain knowledge of banking products and services
• Identify and refer business opportunities to colleagues and management
• Assist with basic deposit account openings and maintenance requests
