Job SummaryWe're seeking a Part-Time Retail Store Associate to join our team at Lighthouse Place in Michigan City, IN. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive store environment.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, features, and promotions.
- Contribute to a positive store environment, maintaining a clean and organized store, and adhering to company standards.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills required.
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
