Job Title: Racquets Shop Attendant - Full Time OpportunityAbout BallenIsles Country Club

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Racquets Shop Attendant to join our team at BallenIsles Country Club. This is a full-time opportunity that requires knowledge of Tennis/Pickleball and related terminology.

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while selling merchandise and assisting management in merchandising, inventory control, reservations, and special events preparation.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform opening and closing procedures for the shop or store as determined by management.
  • Responsible for accountability of POS transactions made.
  • Collects applicable fees from members/guests as they arrive.
  • Makes tee times, clinic, lesson, and special event reservations, in person or by phone.
  • Assists guests by selling merchandise and providing information in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of the Tennis game.
  • Retail sales experience is preferred.
  • Computer proficiency including but not limited to Jonas POS, Microsoft Office applications, social media, and other programs related to the industry.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year.
