About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Victor, NY. As a valued member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students with communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans for elementary school students with varying communication needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students' academic and social development
  • Evaluate student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders or related field
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and valid SLP licenses
  • Experience working with children in a school or pediatric setting required
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
Compensation and Benefits
  • $43-$48 per hour, paid on a W-2 basis
