Key Responsibilities

The ABA Therapist provides quality Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. We strive to offer these services for clients and their families who may not have access otherwise.

This role involves:

  • Conducting behavioral assessments and developing intervention plans
  • Providing evidence-based social skills, behavioral, and other related ABA services
  • Training and supervising Registered Behavior Technician staff
  • Maintaining positive family relationships and tracking supervision hours

Requirements

We are seeking a certified BCBA with a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience performing or assisting in the following responsibilities:

  • Skills assessment (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, PEAK)
  • Functional behavior assessments and/or functional analyses
  • Program development, data analysis, and supportive behavioral skills training

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $68,000 - $83,631 per year, plus bonus opportunities, 401(k), matching, dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, vision insurance, and more.
