Barbecue Host

We are seeking a highly skilled Barbecue Host to join our team at Dinosaur Bar-B-Que in Troy. As a Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our dining room.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of dining room procedures and functions, as well as excellent communication skills. They will be able to effectively interact with guests and team members, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15.00 to $17.00, as well as opportunities for full medical, dental, and vision insurance, accrued PTO and Sick Hours, and 401 K eligibility after one year of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the dining room
• Interact with guests and team members in a friendly and timely manner
• Answer questions and provide information to guests
• Support cooperative service and follow up to ensure each guest's needs are satisfied
• Answer the telephone and direct guests as needed

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of dining room procedures and functions
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to effectively interact with guests and team members
• 6 months to 2 years related experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
