Position Summary

We are seeking proficient welders to enhance our manufacturing workforce, concentrating on welding tasks related to our Dust Filtration and Aeration product lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize safety equipment and comply with safety regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Execute welding operations in various positions to fulfill project specifications.
  • Prepare materials for welding by clamping, tacking, grinding, and securing components.
  • Oversee welding procedures to avoid overheating or distortion of materials.
  • Employ a variety of hand and power tools during welding tasks.
  • Interpret engineering drawings and specifications pertinent to welding assignments.
  • Work with diverse metals and alloys, including aluminum, stainless steel, and galvanized steel.
  • Set up workpieces using the appropriate tools and equipment.
  • Conduct post-welding cleaning and finishing operations.
  • Repair components through cutting and reshaping methods.
  • Create welding templates based on project requirements.
  • Cut and shape metal plates in accordance with blueprint specifications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
