Salary and Benefits

Job Description
As a Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and coordinating multiple projects' programming tasks to ensure they are completed on time.
- Organizing and planning project programming tasks and schedules.
- Completing and maintaining the Controls Workbook for projects and ensuring that documents produced at each project stage conform to the company's standard requirements.
- Developing and designing required Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) programming, Human Machine Interface (HMI) programming, and Robot programming.
- Assisting in collaboration across engineering and operations departments to ensure projects are completed successfully.
- Optimizing project deliverables and schedule.
- Working with proposal teams to develop cost estimates for programming duties.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Informational Technology.
- 3 years of prior experience in the commissioning and setup of various industrial equipment, structures, and automation equipment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of programming methodologies, including sequential state best practices.
- Skilled in programming software tools, including Roboguide, Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Fanuc, and Keller und Knappich Augsburg (KUKA) applications.
- Proficiency in developing Vision applications, including Cognex and Keyence.
- Competent in programming Robotics and Servo Motion.
Location
This is a 100% fully onsite position based in our Easley, SC facility. You will be required to work onsite daily and may be occasionally required to travel locally (10-15%).
