Responsabilidades Esenciales
  • Desarrollar la hoja de ruta de arquitectura de múltiples generaciones para el análisis de series temporales en microentornos y monitoreo fetal, así como el procesamiento de imágenes de video, demostrando la capacidad de entregar arquitecturas tecnológicas efectivas.
  • Guiar estrategias arquitectónicas basadas en un entendimiento profundo del mercado, las necesidades del cliente, la competencia y los requisitos/regulaciones pertinentes.
  • Asegurar que las arquitecturas y hojas de ruta implementen de manera óptima los flujos de trabajo clínicos, apoyando completamente las estrategias tecnológicas, las necesidades empresariales y los objetivos de calidad y costo.
  • Colaborar con equipos de producto para comprender los requisitos, innovar soluciones de manera conjunta y llevarlas a los portafolios de productos.
  • Dirigir y mentorizar a ingenieros y arquitectos.
  • Colaborar con otros ingenieros principales para aprovechar la mejor tecnología y implementar rápidamente soluciones que deleiten a los clientes, cumpliendo con los rigurosos estándares de dispositivos médicos.
  • Obtener el respaldo empresarial para la estrategia de sistemas e interfaces de pacientes en colaboración con líderes de programas, tecnología y negocios.
  • Colaborar con otras organizaciones de GEHC (específicamente PCS) para asegurar que los componentes y servicios entregados cumplan con los requisitos de la plataforma.
  • Participar activamente en organizaciones industriales, científicas y de estándares, representando los intereses de GEHC.
  • Trabajar estrechamente con la Oficina del Ingeniero Jefe para iniciar, redactar y mejorar continuamente las prácticas de diseño, aprovechando la experiencia para impulsar la estandarización y simplificación, aplicando las mejores prácticas actuales en toda la organización.
  • Analizar tecnologías competitivas y propiedad intelectual para diferenciar a GEHC.
  • Comunicar de manera efectiva y proporcionar recomendaciones a través del análisis, preparación y presentación de datos técnicos a partes interesadas internas y externas de GEHC.
  • Brindar consulta técnica y soporte de aplicación a equipos multifuncionales en toda la empresa para mejorar o resolver problemas de fabricación, centros de productos, proveedores o en el campo.
Requisitos:
  • Título universitario en Ingeniería, Ciencias o un área relacionada con STEM.
  • 12 años de experiencia progresiva en tecnología y/o desarrollo de productos.
  • Experiencia en análisis de series temporales y algoritmos de procesamiento de imágenes.
  • Experto en el dominio y visionario con habilidades de liderazgo técnico y un historial demostrado de entrega.

  • Título de maestría o doctorado en Ingeniería, Ciencias o un área STEM.
  • Capacidad demostrada para incorporar conocimientos empresariales, de mercado, de la industria y competitivos en soluciones técnicas.
  • Fuerte sentido comercial.
