Key Responsibilities- Provide expert support to clients and their employees on benefits-related matters, including enrollment, claims, and policy administration.
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chats, and make outbound calls to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and provide solutions that meet customer needs.
- Document customer interactions and solutions in our client system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- 1-year call center customer service experience or equivalent in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- High School degree or equivalent required.
- Quiet work-from-home setup with reliable internet access (minimum 25 MB download speed and 3 MB upload speed).
