Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Intermountain Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
  • Utilize technology, therapeutic interventions, evidence-based practice, and coordination of care with other healthcare team members
  • Work in a variety of hospital specialties, including Women's Services, Labor and Delivery, Acute Care, and Intensive Care
  • Participate in cross-training opportunities to expand skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • Current RN license in the state of practice
  • Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • RNs with less than 12 months of working experience as an RN prior to joining Intermountain must obtain their BSN within five years of their start date
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Work Environment

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, navigate crowded and busy rooms, and lift and utilize full range of movement to transfer patients. The employee must also be able to stand for extended periods of time.
