Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at Travel Nurse Across America. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will play a critical role in the preparation and administration of radiopharmaceutical agents to patients, ensuring accurate and safe imaging procedures.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in nuclear medicine, with experience in preparing and administering radiopharmaceutical agents, as well as operating scanners and gamma scintillation cameras. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and ensure the safe and efficient operation of imaging procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and administer radiopharmaceutical agents to patients
  • Operate scanners and gamma scintillation cameras
  • Provide technical support to physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Ensure accurate and safe imaging procedures
  • Maintain accurate patient records
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in nuclear medicine
  • ARRT (N) National Certification with registration in Nuclear Medicine or NMTCB-CNMT
  • State-specific licensing when required
  • BLS certification
