Objective: To oversee and secure hotel premises, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of lobbies, hallways, and communal areas, engaging with management, guests, and employees to identify and address any violations, disturbances, or incidents of theft and vandalism.
- Monitor public spaces for potential fire hazards, unsafe conditions, and malfunctioning safety equipment.
- Address and remove disruptive individuals while advising careless guests on safety protocols.
- Assist accident victims and document incidents through formal reports.
- Alert staff to the presence of individuals with questionable backgrounds.
- Support management and law enforcement during emergencies.
- Investigate rooms of guests suspected of non-payment to verify claims and recover any outstanding personal belongings.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all public areas, both inside and outside the facility.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Required Skills:
- Ability to think clearly and respond swiftly in emergency situations.
- Capacity to learn and implement complex rules and procedures.
- Proficient use of security equipment.
- Ability to draw conclusions based on factual information and personal judgment.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: None required
Licenses/Certifications: Security Officer certification preferred
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to communicate effectively in English, with both close and distant vision capabilities. Frequent lifting and carrying of up to 25 lbs is required. Continuous use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills, including frequent use of both hands for fine motor tasks. The role involves working in standard office conditions and close proximity to others.
