About the Role

As an Inpatient Therapist at Highland Springs, you will conduct individual and group therapy sessions to educate patients regarding psychological, emotional, or substance abuse problems. You will also display active involvement in treatment planning process and provide family session counseling to all patients to ensure appropriate communication and involvement of family members and support groups.

Your responsibilities will include actively communicating with clients, families, and outside referral sources. A successful candidate will have a Master's degree in social work or counseling, prior experience with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients, and current unencumbered clinical license per state of practice guidelines.
