We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team at Caring Hearts Homecare. As a Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to clients in their own homes, working closely with their primary doctors and other healthcare providers to ensure the best possible outcomes.

**Responsibilities**

* Assess and evaluate clients' needs, developing personalized care plans to meet their unique requirements
* Provide hands-on nursing care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
* Collaborate with clients' families and caregivers to ensure seamless care delivery
* Review and implement care plans, performing regular re-evaluations to ensure ongoing quality care

**Requirements**

* Current nursing license in Massachusetts
* Hands-on nursing experience
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
* Good computer skills and flexibility to travel to cases as assigned
