Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at ClubCorp. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to our Members and guests, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the Club.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and personalized service to Members and guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Have complete knowledge of our menu, including food, beverages, and specials, to make informed recommendations and answer questions.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive experience for our Members and guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to ClubCorp's high standards of quality and service.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage service role, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including safety and sanitation procedures.
