Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to a diverse population of adult patients with various medical conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in shared decision-making activities and contribute to the development of unit-based policies and procedures
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required
- BSN preferred
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan required
- American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required
