As a BAYADA nurse, you'll have the opportunity to provide one-on-one care to clients in their own homes. Our flexible scheduling options include part-time, full-time, and PRN positions in various locations. You'll have the freedom to decide your own schedule and work at your own pace.
At BAYADA, we prioritize our nurses' success. We offer paid training from day one, practice with simulation labs, and 24/7 on-call clinical support. Our electronic charting system, AlayaCare, makes it easy to manage your cases and communicate with clients and colleagues.
We care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. Our paid training programs ensure that you feel comfortable and competent on your first shift. Available shifts include morning, evening, and overnight, with options for 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts. No weekend or minimum requirements apply.
Requirements include a current valid nursing license in the U.S. and graduation from a qualified nursing program. Pay rates range from $26 to $30 per hour. As an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider, BAYADA complies with all state/local mandates.
