Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Floor Technician to join our team at Tutera Senior Living & Health Care. As a Floor Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities, ensuring a comfortable environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily housekeeping and maintenance tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Conduct thorough cleaning and disinfection of floors, surfaces, and equipment
- Assist with laundry and linen services
- Respond to maintenance requests and perform repairs as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in housekeeping and laundry highly preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
