Job Overview:

Windmill Alliance Inc. is seeking a part-time Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral support services to developmentally disabled adults in a Day Habilitation Program or licensed residential setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct reviews of current behavioral strategies and develop formal behavioral support plans, including functional behavioral analysis and positive behavioral support plans.
  • Provide staff training and oversight to ensure effective implementation of behavioral support plans.
  • Conduct periodic reviews to assess the efficacy of behavioral support plans.

Requirements:

  • BCBA Certification (required)
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly rate: $80.00
  • Flexible schedule
