Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will play a crucial leadership role, combining medical expertise with administrative responsibilities to ensure the delivery of effective public health services. This position requires a strong understanding of public health principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide medical direction and oversight for all medical programs and services.
  • Develop and implement health plans and policies to ensure effective public health services.
  • Collaborate with senior officials and regional groups to ensure evidence-based practices.
  • Provide clinical services, including coverage when advanced providers are unavailable.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure high-quality care.
  • Deliver clinical training to staff and review competencies.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and work with regulatory bodies to maintain standards.
Requirements:
  • MD/DO License
  • Active WI License
  • 5+ years of experience as a Physician
  • BC/BE
  • BLS certification
  • ACLS certification
  • DEA certification
