**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a Physician Assistant with a minimum of 3 years of experience in primary care, urgent care, or emergency department to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to our team's success.

**Responsibilities:**
* Provide primary care services to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of medical conditions
* Work collaboratively with our medical team to ensure seamless patient care
* Participate in on-call rotations and provide coverage for urgent care services
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
* Stay current with industry developments and best practices

**Requirements:**
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Physician Assistant in primary care, urgent care, or emergency department
* BLS and DEA certification
* CO License required
* Epic EMR experience
* Ability to work 3 days of 12-hour shifts
