As an LPN at Penn Medicine, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver evidence-based care to patients in need. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the treatment team in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Providing direct patient care, including collecting health data and specimens for laboratory analysis
  • Participating in treatment rounds and coordinating care through exchange of clinical information
  • Documenting treatment sessions according to Princeton House documentation policies

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary of approximately $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A current Practical Nurse License in the state of New Jersey
  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • Graduation from a nursing program as an LPN
  • Previous experience in treating patients with similar needs
