Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Worker to join our team at Compass Group USA Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing, presenting, and serving food to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
  • Food Presentation: Weigh and measure designated ingredients, and carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards.
  • Food Service: Store food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures, and clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
  • Customer Service: Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment, and serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
  • Quality Control: Utilize approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Food service, catering, and cashier experience required.
  • Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Benefits:
  • Competitive Pay: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour.
