Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Supervisor to join our team at Kraft Heinz Company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving productivity and efficiency across our RTE facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate major initiatives across Supply Chain in RTE to ensure optimum cost.
  • Implement and train MOS & Lean / Six Sigma processes to RTE plant location personnel.
  • Develop and maintain performance (KPI) visuals.
  • Manage the CI Projects - from building the project and cost, seeking approval for costs through ROI tools and justification in partnership with the Operations/Quality/Maintenance teams.
  • Develop a waste analysis for all lines. Coordinate 5S initiatives in RTE.
  • Develop and manage the department's operating budget.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of operations experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • 2+ years CI leading CI projects or transformation projects required.
  • Black Belt Certification preferred; Green Belt Certification required.
