~ $2134.00/week
~ $828.00 - $972.00 in weekly taxable income

Unit Information:
This position is for a step-down RN in a high-impact, fast-paced nursing unit that handles a variety of complex patient care scenarios. The unit specializes in trauma and general surgery, including bariatric surgery.
Patient Care:
The unit accommodates both step-down and floor patients, allowing nurses to experience a breadth of care levels. The patient-to-nurse ratios are 1:6 for floor patients and 1:3 for step-down patients.
Required Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid RN license in West Virginia
- CPR/BLS certification is mandatory
- Experience with complex wound care, drains, devices, and traumatic injuries is essential
- Epic experience is required
Additional Information:
Weekend and holiday work is required as part of the staffing schedule. Nurses are expected to float to similar units as needed. The dress code for the unit is royal blue scrubs.
